Everything you need to know about using LazyQS

Getting Started

1. Create Your Account

Sign up with Google or Facebook. You'll be asked to specify your trade (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) and scope of work to get the most relevant findings.

2. Create a Project

Give your tender a name (e.g., "Hospital Extension Q1 2025") and start uploading documents.

3. Upload Documents

Drag and drop all tender documents - PDFs, Word docs, Excel spreadsheets, drawings. The system will automatically process and categorise them.

4. Review Results

Once processing is complete, you'll see an overview of document categories and coverage. Subscribe to unlock deep analysis with LazyQS-extracted findings and risk register.

Document Upload

Supports PDF, DOCX, XLSX files. Maximum 50MB per file. The system extracts text, categorises documents, and tracks coverage automatically.

LazyQS Analysis

LazyQS scans every document for content relevant to your trade. Each finding includes exact page numbers, clause references, and a relevance score.

Exports

Generate professional PDF and Excel reports of your findings and risk register. Perfect for sharing with estimators, project managers, or clients.

What's included in the free tier?

Every user gets 1 free tender review with basic overview features. This includes document upload, categorisation, and coverage tracking - perfect for trying out the platform.

What do I get with a subscription?

Choose from three plans: Starter (£49/mo - 3 reviews/month, 1 team member), Professional (£149/mo - 15 reviews/month, 3 team members), or Enterprise (£399/mo - unlimited reviews, unlimited team members). All plans include full LazyQS analysis with findings and risk register, PDF & Excel exports, and priority support.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Cancel your subscription anytime from the billing page. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
